our food is...100% organic & vegetarian All local fruits, vegetables, and edible flowers, picked & purchased on the day of the event & GMO-free, specializing in heirloom varietals, the hard to find, the lost, and the forgotten.
our services...We provide you with your personal culinary concierge to assist you in creating a haute couture menu & ambiance for any event. Billed as the world's first culinary rock n'roll show, our menus are concept driven, as we are never sure prior to the day of the event what ingredients will be available. It is this culinary unpredictability & spontaneity that has attracted some of the biggest stars, such as Sean Connery, Kathy Najimy, Ellen Pompeo, and others.
our chefs are...the creators of Spread, a top product line of 139 flavors of gourmet peanut & almond spreads. They travel the globe speaking & cooking at top spas, medical complexes, and hotels about rare foods & edible flowers, and are regularly featured on the Food Network, TLC, The Today Show, InTouch, Vanity Fair, et al.
